Ingredients
- 2 Lb Blueberries
- 6 oz Sugar
- 1 each Cinnamon Stick
- ΒΌ Pint Water
- 1 each Lemon to give a squirt of lemon at the end
Instructions
- Bring all ingredients to a boil.
- Simmer for approximately 20 minutes, until the berries burst.
- Taste and add more sugar if desired.
- Add a squirt of lemon juice to highlight flavours.
- Serve with Panna Cotta or cool and reheat as needed.
