Ingredients

  • 1Lb 4 oz Raspberries
  • 3 oz Icing Sugar
  • ½ each Lemon juice only

Instructions

  • Puree all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Adjust the consistency with a little water if needed.
  • Taste and adjust with a little sugar or lemon as desired.
  • Strain to remove any seeds.
