Ingredients

  • Cups Sugar
  • ¾ Cup Butter
  • 3 oz Dark Chocolate
  • 1 Cup Flour sifted
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 each Eggs
  • 1 tspn Vanilla Essence
  • ½ Cup Pecan or Macadamia Nuts

Fudge Topping

  • ½ Cup Heavy Cream
  • 6 ½ oz Dark Chocolate

Instructions

  • Melt the sugar, butter and chocolate together.
  • Add the flour, eggs, vanilla and nuts.
  • Blend well together.
  • Pour into a 8"x8" pan lined with greaseproof paper.
  • Bake at 350F for 1/2 hour.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Glaze with fudge.

To Make Fudge

  • Heat the cream, add the chocolate and stir until completely melted.
