Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- 1¼ Cups Sugar
- ¾ Cup Butter
- 3 oz Dark Chocolate
- 1 Cup Flour sifted
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 each Eggs
- 1 tspn Vanilla Essence
- ½ Cup Pecan or Macadamia Nuts
Fudge Topping
- ½ Cup Heavy Cream
- 6 ½ oz Dark Chocolate
Instructions
- Melt the sugar, butter and chocolate together.
- Add the flour, eggs, vanilla and nuts.
- Blend well together.
- Pour into a 8"x8" pan lined with greaseproof paper.
- Bake at 350F for 1/2 hour.
- Allow to cool.
- Glaze with fudge.
To Make Fudge
- Heat the cream, add the chocolate and stir until completely melted.
