Equipment
1 Pair of Kitchen Tongs.
1 Cutting Board
1 Cooks Knife
1 Small Grill Rack or a cake cooling rack.
Ingredients
2
Lb
Sweet Peppers (3 pieces).
Assorted colours can be used.
Instructions
Wash the peppers.
Place the grill over an open flame on a gas stove and arrange the peppers on top.
Use the tongs to move the peppers around, so that they are charred on all sides.
When they are nicely charred, move to the cutting board and allow to cool slightly for 5 minutes.
Scrape the charred skin off the peppers and then cut into wedges, removing the seeds and top stem.
Use as desired.
Notes
These peppers are very tasty, seasoned with a light dressing of balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and a little salt and ppper.
