Instructions
Bring the water to a boil with the butter.
Add the flour and stir until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
Remove from the heat and cool slightly.
Beat in the eggs, one by one, then add the cheese and seasonings.
Pipe small mounds on a tray lined with parchment, and bake at 200°F / 392°C until golden brown.
