Instructions
Mix the rice with stock and rice, bring to a boil, cover and cook at 400 for 40 mins.
Saute the onion with the poblano for 4-5 mins.
Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
When the rice is cooked, mix in coriander and parsley until it turns green.
Add the onion mix then the romaine to complete.
