Freshly Brewed Hot Coffee
1 ½

Irish Whiskey
45ml

Brown Sugar
Freshly Whipped Cream
Instructions
Fill a heatproof glass with hot water to warm it up, then discard the water.
Pour in the hot coffee and stir in the brown sugar until dissolved.
Add the Irish whiskey and mix gently.
Carefully float the whipped cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
Enjoy immediately by sipping through the cream—no stirring!
Notes
Tip: For an extra indulgence, sprinkle a little cocoa or nutmeg on top.
