Finely Diced Mixture (Brunoise)
Instructions
Blend all of the ingredients well in a mixing bowl.
Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
Transfer into a serving bowl and place in the refrigerator to firm up slightly.
Alternatively, pipe rosettes onto pumpernickel, toast rounds or crackers.
Garnish the top of each rosette with a mixture of very finely diced red, green and yellow peppers with chopped chives or red onions.
