Livy's Key Lime Tart
A delicious, refreshing tart, one of the first items that my daughter, Olivia cooked.
In the Bahamas, we picked limes from a tree in the garden to use.

For The Crust

Graham Cracker Crumbs

Egg Whites (from filling eggs).

Instructions
Whisk the lime zest and yolks together until green.
Beat in the condensed milk.
Beat in the lime juice and leave at room temp for 30 mins. to thicken.
Pour into a prepared tart shell and bake at 350°F for 15 to 17 mins. until set.
For The Crust
Mix all ingredients for the crust well until a dough is formed.
Roll and line a 10" tart tin with a removable bottom.
Chill before filling.
