Honey

Lime
juice only
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200C (180F)
Put the pork chops in a large shallow dish and season with salt and black pepper.
Add the garlic, ginger and chopped coriander.
In a bowl, mix the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, honey and lime juice.
Pour over the pork.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Also great with chicken!
