Blueberry Sauce
warm
Other fruits such as pineapple or mango can be used with this dessert.
Instructions
Combine the sugar, cream and vanilla.
Sprinkle on the gelatine and warm to dissolve.
Cool and fold in the yoghurt.
Pour into 6 small, oiled moulds and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set.
Remove from the moulds and place on small plate.
Serve with a hot seasonal fruit sauce such as blueberry, mango or pineapple
