Heavy Cream
Instructions
Heat the milk until almost boiling.
Meanwhile, beat the sugar with the eggs until pale.
Remove from the heat and whisk into the egg mixture.
Pour back into the pan and heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture coats the back of a spoon.
Cool the mixture completely, add the peach puree and lemon juice and freeze according to the machine directions.
