or as much as you need to boil the potatoes
Instructions
Boil the potatoes cubes until they become fork tender (about 20 minutes).
Place all the remaining except the coconut milk and lime juice in a large pan.
Bring to a boil and let the mixture cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the potatoes to the curry in the pot.
Add the coconut milk and bring to the boil.
Turn the heat off and add the lime juice.
