Instructions
Mix the prawns with the soy sauce and turmeric.
Cook until the prawns are tender and then keep warm on the side .
Heat oil in a different pan and saute the onions, garlic, ginger, until the fragrance is released (about 45 seconds).
Add the curry leaves, cinnamon, tomato, dried and chopped green chilies.
Simmer for 5 minutes and add the prawns, then the chili strips.
Cook for 5 minutes, turn off the stove and add the lime juice.
Taste and adjust as desired with salt and pepper.
