Salt to taste
Instructions
Clean and cut the chicken into pieces, wash and drain.
In a sauce pan mix all of the remaining ingredients together.
Coat the chicken pieces with the mixture and marinate for about 30 minutes.
Heat a little olive oil in a pan and add the chicken.
Cook for 5 minutes, add 1 cup of water and allow chicken to cook on medium heat for approximately 30 minutes..
