Ingredients

Tomatoes, 400g
Diced, with juice drained

Cloves
Garlic
grated

Tbsp.
Olive Oil
Herbs of choice
Optional
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Drain the tomatoes by placing in a sieve with a bowl underneath and setting aside for 15 minutes.
Use the tomato juice elsewhere.
Add the garlic, olive oil to the tomatoes and mix until combined.
Add some herbs if used.
Season to taste and use as needed.
