Ingredients

  • 1 lb Green Beans
  • ½ each Onion, small finely chopped
  • 2 each Green Chilies finely chopped
  • 1 sprig Curry Leaves
  • 2 Tbspn Sri Lankan Curry Powder
  • 1 tspn Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Tbspns Dried Chili Pieces
  • 1 small piece Chicken Stock Cube (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Clean and break the beans into desired size.
  • Mix all of the ingredients and beans together.
  • Heat a little olive oil in a pan and once heated, add the beans.
  • Allow the beans to get cook on medium heat (If needed add 2 tspns water)
  • Do not overcook.
