
Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Easy to make and so delicious, one is not enough……they will disappear quickly!

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Sugar
- ¾ Cup Vegetable Oil
- ¾ Cup Cocoa Powder
- 4 each Eggs
- 2 tspns Vanilla Extract
- 2 ⅓ Cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 tspns Baking Powder
- ½ tspn Salt
- ⅓ Cup Icing Sugar
Mixture can be made and a few cookies scooped and baked when needed.
Instructions
- Mix the sugar and oil in a bowl
- Add the coca powder and mix well
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla
- Mix the flour, baking powder and salt, then gradually mix in to the cocoa mixture until well combined
- Set in the refrigerator to firm up (approx. 4 hours or overnight)
- Scoop 1” balls, then roll in the icing sugar to coat well
- Place onto lightly greased baking tray, staggered to allow for slight spreading and cook at 350F (175C) for 12 minutes or until the cookies spring back when touched.
- Remove from the tray and cool on a wire rack
