Ingredients

  • 1 Tin Tomatoes, 400g Diced, with juice drained
  • 2 Cloves Garlic grated
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Herbs of choice Optional
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Drain the tomatoes by placing in a sieve with a bowl underneath and setting aside for 15 minutes.
  • Use the tomato juice elsewhere.
  • Add the garlic, olive oil to the tomatoes and mix until combined.
  • Add some herbs if used.
  • Season to taste and use as needed.
