Ingredients
- 1 Tin Tomatoes, 400g Diced, with juice drained
- 2 Cloves Garlic grated
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Herbs of choice Optional
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain the tomatoes by placing in a sieve with a bowl underneath and setting aside for 15 minutes.
- Use the tomato juice elsewhere.
- Add the garlic, olive oil to the tomatoes and mix until combined.
- Add some herbs if used.
- Season to taste and use as needed.
