Ingredients
- 6 each Tomatoes ripe
- ¼ Pint Chicken Stock
- ¼ Pint Olive Oil
- 1 oz Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tspn Tomato Puree
- ½ tspn Sugar
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the tomatoes with the olive oil, vinegar and tomato paste.
- Add the chicken stock to adjust the consistency.
- Taste and adjust, adding the sugar, salt and pepper according to preference and the acidity of the tomatoes
