Ingredients

  • 6 each Tomatoes ripe
  • ¼ Pint Chicken Stock
  • ¼ Pint Olive Oil
  • 1 oz Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tspn Tomato Puree
  • ½ tspn Sugar
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a food processor, blend the tomatoes with the olive oil, vinegar and tomato paste.
  • Add the chicken stock to adjust the consistency.
  • Taste and adjust, adding the sugar, salt and pepper according to preference and the acidity of the tomatoes
