Ingredients
- 1 lb Green Beans
- ½ each Onion, small finely chopped
- 2 each Green Chilies finely chopped
- 1 sprig Curry Leaves
- 2 Tbspn Sri Lankan Curry Powder
- 1 tspn Turmeric Powder
- 2 Tbspns Dried Chili Pieces
- 1 small piece Chicken Stock Cube (optional)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Clean and break the beans into desired size.
- Mix all of the ingredients and beans together.
- Heat a little olive oil in a pan and once heated, add the beans.
- Allow the beans to get cook on medium heat (If needed add 2 tspns water)
- Do not overcook.
