Instructions
Brown the onions and then add the ginger and garlic.
Cook for 5-7 mins. until browned.add a touch of water if starting to burn).
Add the meat and cook until firm.
Add the turmeric, salt, chili powder, coriander and garam masala.
Cook, stirring for 5-7 mins.
Add the tomatoes, meat masala, cumin, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon.
Add the chilis and cook on low heat for approximately 45 minutes.
Finish with fresh coriander.
