Ingredients

  • 14 oz Water
  • 6 oz Butter
  • 6 oz Flour
  • 3 each Eggs
  • 4 oz Gruyere Cheese Parmesan or Cheddar can be substituted)
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 Pinch Paprika

Instructions

  • Bring the water to a boil with the butter.
  • Add the flour and stir until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  • Remove from the heat and cool slightly.
  • Beat in the eggs, one by one, then add the cheese and seasonings.
  • Pipe small mounds on a tray lined with parchment, and bake at 200°F / 392°C until golden brown.
