Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Freshly Brewed Hot Coffee
  • 1 ½ oz Irish Whiskey 45ml
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • Freshly Whipped Cream

Instructions

  • Fill a heatproof glass with hot water to warm it up, then discard the water.
  • Pour in the hot coffee and stir in the brown sugar until dissolved.
  • Add the Irish whiskey and mix gently.
  • Carefully float the whipped cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
  • Enjoy immediately by sipping through the cream—no stirring!

Notes

Tip: For an extra indulgence, sprinkle a little cocoa or nutmeg on top.
