Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Cutting Board
  • 1 Cooks Knife
  • 1 Dish 12" x 9"

Ingredients

  • 6 each Mangoes peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 Packets Nestle Cream (250g) boxed
  • 1 Large Tin Condensed Milk
  • 1 Packet Graham Crackers whole
  • ½ Packet Graham Crackers crushed
Makes: 12 x 9inch rectangle3inch height

Instructions

  • Mix the cream and condensed milk and set aside.
  • Lay crackers out to cover the bottom of a 9” x 12” dish.
  • Place a layer of mango on top of the crackers.
  • Drizzle with the cream mixture.
  • Repeat the above steps, using up all the ingredients.
  • Sprinkle the top layer with the crushed crackers.
  • Decorate with mango on top, if desired.
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight to soak and combine.
  • Cut the finished float into 4 x 5 to portion and serve.
  • The mango float can be frozen, and also served frozen.
