Ingredients
- 4 oz Sugar
- 8 oz Heavy Cream
- 1 tspn Vanilla Essence
- 1 Tbspn Gelatine
- 1 lb Yoghurt
- 12 oz Blueberry Sauce warm
Other fruits such as pineapple or mango can be used with this dessert.
Instructions
- Combine the sugar, cream and vanilla.
- Sprinkle on the gelatine and warm to dissolve.
- Cool and fold in the yoghurt.
- Pour into 6 small, oiled moulds and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set.
- Remove from the moulds and place on small plate.
- Serve with a hot seasonal fruit sauce such as blueberry, mango or pineapple
