Ingredients

  • 4 oz Sugar
  • 8 oz Heavy Cream
  • 1 tspn Vanilla Essence
  • 1 Tbspn Gelatine
  • 1 lb Yoghurt
  • 12 oz Blueberry Sauce warm

Other fruits such as pineapple or mango can be used with this dessert.

Instructions

  • Combine the sugar, cream and vanilla.
  • Sprinkle on the gelatine and warm to dissolve.
  • Cool and fold in the yoghurt.
  • Pour into 6 small, oiled moulds and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set.
  • Remove from the moulds and place on small plate.
  • Serve with a hot seasonal fruit sauce such as blueberry, mango or pineapple
