- 1 Ice Cream Maker
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Milk
- 3 each Eggs 2 yolks and 1 whole
- ½ Cup Sugar
- 6 each Large, Ripe Peaches (2 LB, Puree)
- 1 squeeze Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
Instructions
- Heat the milk until almost boiling.
- Meanwhile, beat the sugar with the eggs until pale.
- Remove from the heat and whisk into the egg mixture.
- Pour back into the pan and heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture coats the back of a spoon.
- Cool the mixture completely, add the peach puree and lemon juice and freeze according to the machine directions.
