Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 3 each Eggs 2 yolks and 1 whole
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 6 each Large, Ripe Peaches (2 LB, Puree)
  • 1 squeeze Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream

Instructions

  • Heat the milk until almost boiling.
  • Meanwhile, beat the sugar with the eggs until pale.
  • Remove from the heat and whisk into the egg mixture.
  • Pour back into the pan and heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture coats the back of a spoon.
  • Cool the mixture completely, add the peach puree and lemon juice and freeze according to the machine directions.
