Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. Sour Cream
  • 2 Tsp. Curry Powder
  • 2 Tsp. Caraway Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ tsp. Anchovy Paste
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic mashed
  • ½ tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • To Taste Salt and Pepper
  • ½ Cup Red, Green and Yellow Peppers, Red Onion and Chives Finely Diced Mixture (Brunoise)

Instructions

  • Blend all of the ingredients well in a mixing bowl.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  • Transfer into a serving bowl and place in the refrigerator to firm up slightly.
  • Alternatively, pipe rosettes onto pumpernickel, toast rounds or crackers.
  • Garnish the top of each rosette with a mixture of very finely diced red, green and yellow peppers with chopped chives or red onions.
