- 1 Set Measuring Spoons
- 1 Piping Bag and Nozzle
Ingredients
- 1 Lb. Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Paprika
- 1 Tbsp. Sour Cream
- 2 Tsp. Curry Powder
- 2 Tsp. Caraway Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Red Onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ tsp. Anchovy Paste
- ¼ tsp. Garlic mashed
- ½ tsp. Dijon Mustard
- To Taste Salt and Pepper
- ½ Cup Red, Green and Yellow Peppers, Red Onion and Chives Finely Diced Mixture (Brunoise)
Instructions
- Blend all of the ingredients well in a mixing bowl.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and place in the refrigerator to firm up slightly.
- Alternatively, pipe rosettes onto pumpernickel, toast rounds or crackers.
- Garnish the top of each rosette with a mixture of very finely diced red, green and yellow peppers with chopped chives or red onions.
