Ingredients
- 1 cup Freshly Brewed Hot Coffee
- 1 ½ oz Irish Whiskey 45ml
- 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
- Freshly Whipped Cream
Instructions
- Fill a heatproof glass with hot water to warm it up, then discard the water.
- Pour in the hot coffee and stir in the brown sugar until dissolved.
- Add the Irish whiskey and mix gently.
- Carefully float the whipped cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
- Enjoy immediately by sipping through the cream—no stirring!
Notes
Tip: For an extra indulgence, sprinkle a little cocoa or nutmeg on top.
