
Mandy’s Sweet Chili Pork

Ingredients
- 4 each Lean Pork Chops
- 2 each Garlic Cloves finely chopped
- 1 1" piece Ginger grated
- 2 Tbspns Coriander, fresh chopped
- 2 Tbspns Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 Tbspns Soy Sauce, Light
- 2 Tbspns Honey
- 1 each Lime juice only
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C (180F)
- Put the pork chops in a large shallow dish and season with salt and black pepper.
- Add the garlic, ginger and chopped coriander.
- In a bowl, mix the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, honey and lime juice.
- Pour over the pork.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Also great with chicken!
