Ingredients

  • 4 each Lean Pork Chops
  • 2 each Garlic Cloves finely chopped
  • 1 1" piece Ginger grated
  • 2 Tbspns Coriander, fresh chopped
  • 2 Tbspns Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 Tbspns Soy Sauce, Light
  • 2 Tbspns Honey
  • 1 each Lime juice only

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200C (180F)
  • Put the pork chops in a large shallow dish and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Add the garlic, ginger and chopped coriander.
  • In a bowl, mix the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, honey and lime juice.
  • Pour over the pork.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.

Also great with chicken!
