Ingredients

  • 6 Tbspns Rice Vinegar
  • 6 Tbspns Sugar
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 2 Tbspns Soy Sauce
  • 1 tspn Cornstarch Mixed with 1 Tbspn Water
  • 1 Tbspn Ginger grated

Instructions

  • Simmer the vinegar, sugar, water and soy.
  • Thicken with the cornstarch.
  • Add the ginger.

This sauce is adaptable and can be served with various main items such as tofu, vegetables, meat, and fish or used as a dipping sauce.
