- 750 ml Whole Milk 3 Cups
- 100 ml Cream 1/2 Cup
- 4 each Green Cardamom Pods crushed
- 1 each Strip Orange Zest
- 3 Tbsp Sugar adjust to taste
- Pinch Salt
- Optional: Pistachios or Toasted Almonds to Garnish

- Combine the rice, milk, cream, cardamom, orange zest, sugar, and salt in a saucepan.
- Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
