Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Cooked White Beans drained (400 g)
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 30 ml
  • 2 Cloves Garlic finely chopped (10 g)
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Savory finely chopped (4 g)
  • ½ tsp Fine Sea Salt 3 g
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper 1 g
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice 15 ml

Instructions

  • Heat the Olive Oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the Garlic and cook gently for 30–60 seconds until fragrant, without browning.
  • Add the Cooked White Beans and warm through for 3–4 minutes.
  • Stir in the Fresh Savory, Salt and Black Pepper.
  • Finish with the Lemon Juice and toss gently.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

This dish pairs beautifully with grilled meats, sausages, or roast chicken. For extra depth, add a splash of white wine or a spoon of tomato concassé while warming the beans.
