Ingredients
- 2½ Lb Butter softened
- 1 Tbsp. Horseradish pureed
- 1 Tbsp. Marjoram finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Basil finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Thyme finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Tarragon finely chopped
- ¼ Cup Parsley finely chopped
- 8 each Garlic Cloves finely chopped
- ½ Cup Shallots finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Dry Mustard Powder
- 2 Tbsp. Black Pepper
- ¼ Cup Lemon Juice
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper
- ½ Tbsp. Paprika
Instructions
- Place the butter in a mixing bowl and incorporated the remaining ingredients, mixing until well incorporated.
- Form into 1” rolls in plastic, and then wrap in aluminium foil and twist the ends to form uniform cylinders.
- Place in the refrigerator to set.
- Slice as needed and place on cooked barbecue and grill items to season.
- Rolls may be kept in the freezer for longer term storage.
Notes
You may think that this recipe makes a lot, but guaranteed, you will find it very useful to have on hand for all kinds of dishes.
Of course, the amounts could be halved and adjusted for personal preference.
