Ingredients
- 4 Fillets of White Fish Cod, Haddock, Or Sea Bass
- 100 g 1 Cup Fresh Breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Tarragon Chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic finely chopped
- Zest Of 1 Lemon
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt And Black Pepper To Taste
- Lemon Wedges For Serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parsley, thyme, tarragon, garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the fish fillets on a lined baking tray and press the herb mixture onto the top of each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and the topping is golden.
- Serve with lemon wedges and a side of seasonal vegetables.
