Ingredients

  • 4 Fillets of White Fish Cod, Haddock, Or Sea Bass
  • 100 g 1 Cup Fresh Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Tarragon Chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • Zest Of 1 Lemon
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt And Black Pepper To Taste
  • Lemon Wedges For Serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parsley, thyme, tarragon, garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the fish fillets on a lined baking tray and press the herb mixture onto the top of each fillet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and the topping is golden.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and a side of seasonal vegetables.
