Ingredients
- 4-6 pieces Chicken
- 1 Tbspn Garlic paste
- 2 tspn Ginger paste
- 1 each Onion, small chopped
- 2 each Green Chilies chopped
- 1 sprig Curry Leaves
- 3 each Cardamom Pods
- 1 piece Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Sri Lankan Roasted Curry Powder
- 1 Tbspn Chili powder
- 1 tspn Turmeric Powder
- 1 each small tomato chopped
- 2 tsp Lime Juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Clean and cut the chicken into pieces, wash and drain.
- In a sauce pan mix all of the remaining ingredients together.
- Coat the chicken pieces with the mixture and marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Heat a little olive oil in a pan and add the chicken.
- Cook for 5 minutes, add 1 cup of water and allow chicken to cook on medium heat for approximately 30 minutes..
