Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream 2 each
  • 30 ml Espresso, freshly brewed 1 shot

Instructions

  • Place the Vanilla Ice Cream in a chilled glass or bowl.
  • Pour the hot Espresso over the ice cream immediately before serving.
  • Serve at once with a spoon. Optional additions include shaved chocolate or toasted nuts.

Notes

Use high-quality vanilla ice cream for the best results.
For variation, add a small splash of liqueur such as amaretto or coffee liqueur.
